วิธีเชื่อม NGAF เข้ากับ Endpoint Secure Manager (On-Premise)

บทความนี้อธิบายวิธีเชื่อม Sangfor NGAF/NSF เข้ากับ Endpoint Secure Manager (ES Manager) แบบ On-Premise เพื่อทำงานร่วมกันด้าน Endpoint Protection

ข้อกำหนดเบื้องต้น

• NGAF Firmware Version 8.0.17 หรือสูงกว่า
• ES Manager ต้องมี License Ultimate เท่านั้น
• NGAF ต้องสามารถเชื่อมต่อไปยัง IP ของ ES Manager ผ่าน TCP Port 443 ได้

ขั้นตอนที่ 1: ตั้งค่าฝั่ง ES Manager

ไปที่ System > System > General > Device Integration

1. กด Allow device to connect เพื่อเปิดรับการเชื่อมต่อจาก NGAF

ขั้นตอนที่ 2: ตั้งค่าฝั่ง NGAF

ไปที่ SOC > Next-Gen Security > Endpoint Protection > Options

1. เลือก On-Premises Endpoint Secure Manager

2. กรอก IP ของ ES Manager แล้วกด Connect

การแก้ไขหาก Connect ไม่สำเร็จ

• ตรวจสอบว่าเปิด Device Integration ฝั่ง ES Manager แล้ว
• ตรวจสอบว่า Firewall Rule อนุญาตให้ NGAF เข้าถึง IP ของ ES Manager ผ่าน Port 443
• ทดสอบด้วย Telnet จาก NGAF ไปยัง ES Manager Port 443 ที่ System > Troubleshooting > Web Console

หมายเหตุ

• การเชื่อมต่อนี้ทำให้ NGAF และ ES Manager แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล Threat Intelligence ได้ เช่น ตรวจจับและ Isolate Endpoint ที่ติดเชื้อ
• ES Manager ต้องเป็น License Ultimate — License อื่นไม่รองรับ Device Integration
• หากใช้ ES Manager แบบ Cloud ให้เลือก Cloud Endpoint Secure Manager แทน On-Premises
