การใช้งาน OTP Authentication บน Sangfor Platform-X – บริษัท ซังฟอร์ เทคโนโลยี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียม

Account Platform-X

Authenticator Application บนโทรศัพท์มือถือเช่น Google Authenticator หรือ Microsoft Authenticator

1.Login เข้าสู่ Account Platform-X กดที่ Account ของท่านแล้วไปที่ Corp Center > แล้วไปเปิดใช้งาน OTP Authentication

2.เปิด Authenticator เพื่อ Add Account และทำการ Scan QR Code ที่ปรากฏบน Platform-x
- หาก Scan ไม่ติดให้ขยายภาพ QR Code ให้เต็มจอ แล้วนำมือถือไปใกล้ๆ

3.หลังจากนั้นจะได้ Account "Sangfor Platform-X" เพิ่มบน Authenticator

4.เมื่อมีการ Login ในอนาคตจะพบหน้าเพื่อให้ทำการ Authentication ผ่านตัว OTP
