วิธีตั้งค่า SMTP Server บน SCP HCI

การตั้งค่าเบื้องต้น

- ตั้งค่า DNS ให้กับ HCI และ SCP กรณี server เป็น URL

- SCP และ HCI จะต้องออก Internet (เพื่อไปหา SMTP Server ได้)

วิธี Configuration SMTP Server บน SCP

1. Access IP SCP Management > คลิ๊ก System > SMTP Server 

1.1 ใส่ข้อมูล Sender Address : Email > SMTP Server IP : smtp.gmail.com > Port : 465,587 

1.2 Authentication > Username : Email > Password ( ก่อนที่จะใส่ Password ให้ดูในข้อ 2 )

2. จากนั้น คลิ๊ก https://support.google.com/mail/answer/185833?hl=en ทำตามขั้นตอนตามหน้าเว็ปบอก

2.1 คลิ๊ก  Google Account > Security > 2-Step Verification > 

2.2  หลังจากที่ Login account แล้ว 2-Step Verification จะขึ้น TURN OFF นั่นแปลว่าได้เปิด 2-Step Verification แล้ว และ Download application ติดตั้งไปที่โทรศัพท์ และทำการ sync ระหว่าง app และโทรศัพท์ จากนั้นกลับไปหน้า Google account 

2.3  คลิ๊ก Security > How you sign in to Google  > 2-Step Verification > App Passwords

2.4  คลิ๊กเลือก app และ device > GENERATE 

3. Copy password ไปใส่ในช่อง password ของ Authentication required > ทดสอบ Send Test Email

เลือกตั้งค่าใน HCI

- ไปที่ System > Alerts > Alert Notification เพื่อแจ้งเตือน และต้องตั้งค่า SMTP server ก่อนจึงจะใช้งานได้
