IAM upgrade steps guidance

วิธีการ upgrade IAM/IAG และตรวจสอบหลัง upgrade

ใช้เวลาโดยรวมประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที

เตรียมความพร้อม. , ใช้เวลาประมาณ 5 นาที

1. Download Sangfor Updater tools 6.2 (ห้ามใช้ 6.4 สำหรับ aDesk)

2. Download firmware IAM

3. (ถ้ามีการใช้งานการเก็บ log ภายนอก) Download External Sangfor Business Intelligent
   Firmware

4. ทำการ backup configuration files.

ชั้นตอนการ Upgrade Firmware IAM/IAG, ใช้เวลาประมาณ 40 นาที ต่อหนึ่งอุปกรณ์

ในกรณี HA แบบ Active-Standby ให้ทำการ upgrade ตัว Active เป็นตัวแรก
ก่อน upgrade disable HA, และ Disable หรือ disconnect port productions

ในกรณี HA แบบ Active-Active ให้ทำการ upgrade ตัว Active เป็นตัวแรก
ก่อน upgrade disable HA

1. Login ด้วย Admin Account
2. เปิด port ให้ updater สามารถ connect เข้าได้ System -> General -> Advanced -> Remote Tech Support -> คลิ้ก Enable Firmware updater
   
   
3. ใช้ Sangfor Updater tools connect และ Upgrade Firmware (กด F10 เพื่อดูรายละเอียด)
   
   
   -อาจจะมีบางช่วงขึ้น device disconnected ให้รอดูก่อน
   

   ในกรณีมี Error เกิดขึ้น ห้าม reboot อุปกรณ์ และติดต่อ Sangfor โดยทันที

4. อุปกรณ์จะ reboot ตัวเอง (กรณีบาง Patch อาจไม่reboot อุปกรณ์)
5. รอประมาณ 5 นาที เข้าา admin ui และตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อย
   - หลัง boot ระบบจะทำการcheck disk ทำให้disk ขึ้น100% ถือว่าปกติ ให้รอ1ชั่วโมงจะกลับมาปกติ
6. ตรวจสอบ Version ที่Upgradeไปได้ที่
   การตรวจสอบ version ฉบับเต็มของ IAG

ในกรณี HA แบบ Active-Standy หลังจาก upgrade ตัว Active ตัวแรกเรียบร้อย
1.ให้ยังคง disable HA, และ Disable/Disconnect port productions ของตัว standby
2.Enable/Connect port productions ของตัว Active
3.ทำการ upgrade อุปกรณ์ standby ตาม step upgrade 
4.หลังจาก upgrade เรียบร้อยแล้ว
5.เปิด function HA และ Enable/Connect port productions ของตัว Standby

ในกรณี HA แบบ Active-Active หลังจาก upgrade ตัวที่ 1 เป็นตัวแรกเรียบร้อย
1.ทำการ upgrade ตัวที่ 2
2.หลังจาก upgrade เรียบร้อยแล้ว
3.เปิด function HA

ชั้นตอนการ Upgrade Firmware External Sangfor Business Intelligent, ใช้เวลาประมาณ 30 นาที

1. RDP เข้า Server External Sangfor Business Intelligent
2. แตก zip และ เปิดโปรแกรม exe ที download มา
3. ทำตามขั้นตอนตาม UI
4. Login เช็คความเรียบร้อย
