การตั้งค่า Billing Center บน SCP

บทนำ

บทความนี้อธิบายการตั้งค่าและใช้งาน Billing Center บน Sangfor SCP V6.11.1 ซึ่งเป็นระบบ Billing และ Metering สำหรับคำนวณค่าใช้จ่ายการใช้ Resource ของ Tenant โดย Admin สามารถกำหนด Unit Price สำหรับ Resource แต่ละประเภท ดูสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายรวม และ Export รายงานเป็น Excel ได้

ข้อกำหนดเบื้องต้น

  • เข้าสู่ระบบ SCP ด้วยสิทธิ์ Platform Administrator หรือ MSP Administrator
  • เปิดใช้งาน Billing Center Service ใน Resources > Management > System > Services

ขั้นตอนการตั้งค่า

1. เข้าสู่ Billing Center

  1. Login เข้า SCP platform แล้วคลิกปุ่ม Bills ที่มุมขวาบน
  2. เข้าสู่หน้า Pricing สำหรับตั้งค่าราคา

2. ตั้งค่า Pricing

SCP รองรับการตั้งราคา 2 ระดับ:

2.1 Unified Pricing (Public Resources):

ตั้งราคาเดียวกันสำหรับ Resource ทุกประเภท ได้แก่:

  • Elastic IP
  • Private VM Images
  • Disaster Recovery

2.2 Resource Pool Pricing:

ตั้งราคาตาม Resource Pool ได้แก่:

  • Virtual Machine (CPU/Memory แยก Powered On และ Powered Off)
  • Backup Repository
  • NFV Resources

3. Individual Pricing

ตั้งราคาเฉพาะสำหรับ Resource Pool หรือ Tenant แต่ละราย

  1. คลิก Resource Pool > Individual Pricing
  2. ตั้งราคาแยกสำหรับ Resource Pool ที่มี Performance ต่างกัน

4. Tenant Individual Pricing

  1. เข้าหน้า Individual Pricing แล้วคลิก Add
  2. เลือก Tenant ที่ต้องการตั้งราคาเฉพาะ
  3. กำหนด Unit Price สำหรับ Tenant นั้น

ลำดับความสำคัญของ Pricing:

  1. Tenant Individual Pricing (สูงสุด)
  2. MSP Administrator Pricing
  3. Resource Pool Individual Pricing
  4. Resource Pool Default Pricing (ต่ำสุด)

5. ดูสรุปค่าใช้จ่าย (Total Costs)

  1. เลือก Total Costs ในหน้า Bills
  2. เลือกช่วงเวลา: Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 6 months, Last year หรือกำหนดเอง
  3. ดูข้อมูลค่าใช้จ่ายรวมของ Tenant แต่ละราย
  4. คลิก Export เพื่อ Export เป็น Excel

6. ดูรายละเอียด Bills

  1. เลือก Bills ในเมนูด้านซ้าย
  2. กำหนด Time Range และ Filter ตาม MSP Administrator, Tenant, Resource Pool
  3. ดูรายละเอียดค่าใช้จ่ายของ Resource แต่ละรายการ ได้แก่ Name, Description, Tenant, Resource, Unit Price, Service Duration และ Cost
  4. คลิก Export เพื่อ Export รายงาน

การตรวจสอบ

  • ตรวจสอบว่า Billing Center Service เปิดใช้งานอยู่ใน Services Management
  • ตรวจสอบ Pricing ที่ตั้งค่าไว้ว่าถูกต้องในหน้า Pricing
  • ตรวจสอบ Total Costs ว่าแสดงค่าใช้จ่ายของ Tenant อย่างถูกต้อง
  • ทดสอบ Export รายงาน Bills เป็น Excel ว่าข้อมูลครบถ้วน

หมายเหตุ

  • ระบบคำนวณ Resource usage ทุก 10 นาที และอัปเดตค่าใช้จ่ายในหน้า Interface ทุก 1 ชั่วโมง
  • MSP Administrator สามารถดูและ Export ข้อมูลค่าใช้จ่ายของ Tenant ทั้งหมดได้
  • Tenant Individual Pricing มีลำดับความสำคัญสูงสุด หากไม่ได้ตั้งค่า ระบบจะใช้ Pricing ตามลำดับถัดไป
  • Billing Center ต้องเปิดใช้งานในหน้า Services ก่อนถึงจะใช้งานได้
