การทำ Account Association บน SCP ไปที่ MCS (O2O Synergized Cloud)

บทนำ

O2O (Offline to Online) คือความสามารถของ Sangfor SCP ในการเชื่อมต่อ On-Premise Infrastructure เข้ากับ Managed Cloud Service (MCS) บน Cloud ทำให้สามารถบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรทั้ง On-Premise และ Cloud ได้จากหน้าจอเดียวกัน

Account Association คือขั้นตอนการเชื่อม Account ระหว่าง On-Premise SCP กับ MCS Tenant Account เพื่อเปิดใช้งานความสามารถต่าง ๆ ของ O2O Synergized Cloud เช่น:

• Unified Management: จัดการทั้ง On-Premise และ Cloud จากหน้า SCP เดียว
• SkyOPS: Monitoring และ Smart O&M
• Cloud Disaster Recovery: ทำ DR จาก On-Premise ไป Cloud
• Cloud Interconnect: เชื่อมต่อ Network ระหว่าง Site

บทความนี้อธิบายขั้นตอนการทำ Account Association ทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่การตั้งค่า Platform Address จนถึงการ SSO เข้าใช้งาน Cloud

สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียม

• SCP เวอร์ชัน 6.9.1 ขึ้นไป (แนะนำ 6.11.2 สำหรับ Cloud DR)
• Cloud Agent VM ที่เชื่อมกับ MCS เรียบร้อยแล้ว (กรณี SCP ไม่สามารถออก Internet ได้โดยตรง) — ดูวิธีติดตั้ง Cloud Agent
• MCS Tenant Account ที่ได้รับจาก Sangfor หรือ MSP

ขั้นตอนที่ 1: เปิดหน้า Account Association บน SCP

ไปที่ SCP > O2O Synergized Cloud > Account Association

ขั้นตอนที่ 2: ตั้งค่า Platform Address

2.1 กดที่คำว่า Configure

2.2 กรอก Platform Address เป็น https://scc-th-chb.mcs.sangfor.com แล้วกด OK

ขั้นตอนที่ 3: เลือก Cloud Access Mode

เลือกโหมดการเชื่อมต่อไปยัง Cloud ตามสถานการณ์ของ SCP:

ขั้นตอนที่ 4: สร้าง API Key บน MCS

4.1 กด How to Obtain Secret Key เพื่อดูวิธีการ Create API Key

สำคัญ: ให้ใช้ Cloud Platform Keys เนื่องจากถ้าใช้ Data Center Key จะเชื่อมไม่ได้

4.2 Login เข้า MCS Tenant Account ที่ https://scc-th-chb.mcs.sangfor.com

ไปที่ Cloud Platform Keys

4.3 กด New แล้วกรอก Password Tenant แล้วกด OK

4.4 ระบบจะ Generate Access Key และ Secret Key ออกมา ให้ทำการ Copy เก็บไว้เพื่อใช้งานกรอกในหน้า Associate Account

ขั้นตอนที่ 5: กรอก Key และเชื่อม Account

5.1 กลับไปที่ SCP > หน้า Account Association แล้วกด Upgrade to O2O Synergized Cloud

• กรอก Access Key และ Secret Key ที่ได้จากขั้นตอนที่ 4
• เลือก Cloud Access Mode ตามที่เหมาะสม (Direct Connect หรือ Access via Cloud Agent)

จากนั้นกด OK

5.2 กด OK เพื่อ Confirm การ Add Account

5.3 ทำการเชื่อม Account เรียบร้อย จะแสดงสถานะ Account ดังภาพ

ตัวอย่างผลลัพธ์

Dashboard รวมสำหรับ 2 Site

หน้า Dashboard จะแสดงข้อมูลรวมสำหรับทั้ง On-Premise และ On Cloud (MCS)

สามารถย้อนกลับเป็น Dashboard เดิมได้ที่ Back to Old Version (for Private Cloud)

SSO ข้ามไปที่ Cloud Account

หลังจากทำ Account Association แล้ว จะสามารถ SSO ไปที่หน้า Cloud ได้โดย:

1. จาก Drop Down ด้านบน จะพาไปที่หน้า SCP บน MCS (ไว้ Manage VM / Topology)

2. กดที่หน้า Account Association > Cloud Disaster Recovery เพื่อ SSO ข้ามไปที่หน้า Hybrid DR บน SCC บน MCS
