การตั้งค่า Network และ VLAN Subinterface บน aStor – บริษัท ซังฟอร์ เทคโนโลยี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

บทความนี้อธิบายการตั้งค่า Network และ VLAN Subinterface บน Sangfor aStor สำหรับแบ่ง network segment เพื่อรองรับ traffic ประเภทต่างๆ เช่น management, storage, และ external access

สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียม

- Cluster ต้องถูกสร้างเรียบร้อยแล้ว

- Switch ต้องรองรับ VLAN tagging

ข้อควรระวัง

- เมื่อสร้าง aggregate subinterface (VLAN subinterface) บน physical interface เดียว ต้องกำหนด physical interface เป็น aggregate interface ใน single interface mode ก่อน

- เมื่อใช้ physical interface เดียวเป็น storage network หรือ external network ต้องกำหนดเป็น aggregate interface ก่อน

การสร้าง VLAN Subinterface

1. ไปที่ Cluster Management > Network Management > VLAN Subinterface

2. คลิก Add เพื่อสร้าง VLAN Subinterface ใหม่

3. เลือก Parent Interface (aggregate interface)

4. กำหนด VLAN ID

5. กำหนด IP Address และ Netmask

6. คลิก OK

Aggregate Interface

aStor ใช้ aggregate interface ทั้งหมด แม้จะมี interface เดียว โดยรองรับ mode ต่างๆ:

- Round Robin (Mode 0): load balancing + fault tolerance (switch ฝั่งตรงข้ามต้องตั้งค่าเหมือนกัน ไม่รองรับ 25GE RDMA)

- Active-Backup (Mode 1): redundancy ที่ระดับ interface ไม่ต้องตั้งค่า switch เพิ่ม

Network Management เพิ่มเติม

- Static Route: กำหนด route สำหรับ network เฉพาะ

- DNS: กำหนด DNS server

- Connectivity Test: ทดสอบการเชื่อมต่อ network

- Communication Interfaces: แบ่งเป็น Management, Storage Network, และ External Network interface

- แนะนำให้แยก network สำหรับ management, storage, และ client access
