Subscriptions และ Service License Management

บทนำ

Subscriptions และ Service License เป็นการจัดการ license ของ Sangfor Access Secure My Subscriptions แสดงรายการ service หรือ module ที่ account ปัจจุบัน subscribe อยู่แล้ว เช่น Secured Global Access Ultimate, Zero Trust Guard ส่วน Service Store แสดง service ทั้งหมดที่สามารถ subscribe เพิ่มเติมได้ และ Service License ใช้กำหนดให้ Sangfor engineer สามารถช่วย troubleshoot ปัญหา operational ของระบบได้

ข้อกำหนดเบื้องต้น (Prerequisites)

• มีสิทธิ์ Administrator ในการเข้าถึง Sangfor Access Secure console
• มี account ของ Sangfor ที่ผูกกับ Sangfor Access Secure
• หากต้องการ subscribe service ใหม่ ติดต่อ Sangfor customer service

ขั้นตอนการตั้งค่า (Configuration Steps)

การดู My Subscriptions

1. เข้าสู่ Sangfor Access Secure console จาก Platform-X
2. ไปที่ Subscriptions > My Subscriptions
3. ดูรายการ service ที่ subscribe ไว้ เช่น:
   • Secured Global Access Ultimate: License Used/Total และ Expiration Date
   • Zero Trust Guard: License Used/Total และ Expiration Date

การดู Service Store

1. คลิกแท็บ Service Store
2. ดูรายการ service ที่สามารถ subscribe เพิ่มเติมได้ แบ่งเป็นหมวดหมู่:
   • All-in-one Office Security: Secured Global Access Premium, Secured Global Access Ultimate, Private Access
   • Branch Network Security: Secured Global Access Essential
   • Networking and Acceleration: บริการเครือข่ายและเร่งความเร็ว
   • Zero Trust Guard: บริการเครือข่ายแบบ Zero Trust
3. หากต้องการ subscribe ติดต่อ Sangfor customer service

การจัดการ Service License

1. ไปที่ Service License ใต้เมนู Licensing
2. ตรวจสอบสถานะ License Enabled เพื่อให้ Sangfor engineer สามารถช่วย troubleshoot ปัญหาได้
3. หากไม่ต้องการบริการ operations and maintenance สามารถคลิก Disable License

การตรวจสอบ (Verification)

ตรวจสอบ Expiration Date ของแต่ละ subscription เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ายังไม่หมดอายุ และตรวจสอบ License Used/Total ว่ามี license เพียงพอสำหรับ user ทั้งหมดในองค์กร หาก License Enabled สถานะเป็น enabled แสดงว่า Sangfor engineer สามารถช่วย support ได้

หมายเหตุ (Notes)

• การ subscribe service ใหม่ต้องผ่านทาง Sangfor customer service ไม่สามารถทำเองผ่าน console
• หาก subscription หมดอายุ บริการที่เกี่ยวข้องจะหยุดทำงาน ควรต่ออายุก่อนวันหมดอายุ
• License Used เกิน Total อาจทำให้ user ใหม่ไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่อได้
• การ Disable License จะทำให้ Sangfor engineer ไม่สามารถช่วย troubleshoot ระบบได้ ใช้เฉพาะเมื่อไม่ต้องการบริการ support
• ตรวจสอบ License Used/Total เป็นประจำเพื่อวางแผนการขยาย license
