การ Set Outlook SMTP Server บน NGAF

บทความนี้อธิบายวิธีตั้งค่า Outlook / Office 365 SMTP Server บน Sangfor NGAF/NSF สำหรับส่ง Email Alert

ขั้นตอนที่ 1: สร้าง App Password บน Microsoft

1. ไปที่ https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info แล้วกด Add sign-in method

2. เลือก App Password (อาจต้องตั้งค่า 2FA ก่อน)

3. ตั้งชื่อ App Password แล้วกด Next

4. จดรหัสผ่านนี้ไว้ — จะต้องใช้ในการกรอกบน NGAF

ขั้นตอนที่ 2: ตั้งค่า SMTP บน NGAF

ไปที่ System > General Settings > SMTP Server > Specified email server

• Sender Address: Email ที่จะใช้ส่ง
• SMTP Server: smtp-mail.outlook.com
• Encryption: StartTLS
• Port: 587
• เปิด Email Authentication
• Email Username: Email ที่ใช้สร้าง App Password
• Email Password: App Password จากขั้นตอนที่ 1

กด Save แล้วกด Send Test Email เพื่อทดสอบ

Troubleshooting

หากส่ง Email ไม่สำเร็จ:

• ไปที่ System > Troubleshooting > Logs
• กด Option แล้วเปิด Error/Warning และเลือกหัวข้อ Email Alarm
• ลองส่ง Email ซ้ำเพื่อดู Log สาเหตุ

หมายเหตุ

• สำหรับ Email Provider อื่น (Gmail, Yahoo) ค่า SMTP Server, Port และ Encryption อาจแตกต่าง
• App Password เป็นของ Microsoft — ต้องสร้างจาก Microsoft Account ไม่ใช่บน NGAF
