การตั้งค่า Email (System) บน Sangfor Network Secure

บทความนี้อธิบายวิธีตั้งค่า Email (System SMTP) บน Sangfor NGAF/NSF เพื่อให้ระบบส่ง Email ได้

Email Settings คืออะไร

NGAF ต้องตั้งค่า SMTP Server เพื่อส่ง Email สำหรับ Alert Notification, Security Report และ Password Reset

ขั้นตอนการตั้งค่า

1. ไปที่ System > General Settings > Email

2. กำหนด:

• SMTP Server: IP/Domain ของ Mail Server (เช่น smtp.gmail.com)
• Port: 25 (SMTP), 465 (SMTPS), 587 (STARTTLS)
• Encryption: None, SSL/TLS หรือ STARTTLS
• Username: Email Account สำหรับ Authentication
• Password: Password ของ Email Account
• Sender Address: Email Address ที่จะปรากฏเป็นผู้ส่ง

3. กด Test เพื่อทดสอบ

4. กด Save

หมายเหตุ

• หากใช้ Gmail ต้องเปิด App Password หรือ Less Secure Apps
• ตรวจสอบว่า NGAF สามารถ Resolve DNS ของ SMTP Server ได้
• ตรวจสอบว่า Firewall ไม่ Block Port ของ SMTP
