Monitor NGAF ผ่าน SNMP

บทความนี้อธิบายวิธีตั้งค่า SNMP บน Sangfor NGAF/NSF เพื่อให้ NMS (Network Management System) เช่น PRTG, Zabbix หรือ SolarWinds สามารถดึงข้อมูลสถานะอุปกรณ์ได้

ขั้นตอนที่ 1: เปิด SNMP บน Interface

1. ไปที่ Network > Interface แล้วเลือก Interface ที่ต้องการให้ NMS เข้าถึง

2. คลิก Edit แล้วติ๊กเลือก SNMP

3. คลิก OK

ขั้นตอนที่ 2: ตั้งค่า SNMP Service

1. ไปที่ System > SNMP แล้วติ๊กเลือก Enable SNMP

2. เลือกแท็บ SNMPv1/v2 หรือ SNMPv3 ตามที่ NMS รองรับ แล้วคลิก Add

สำหรับ SNMPv1/v2:

• Name — ชื่อของ SNMP Manager
• Type — IP Address หรือ Subnet
• IP Address — IP ของ NMS ที่จะเข้ามาดึงข้อมูล
• Community — Community String สำหรับ Authentication
• Permission — Read-Only

สำหรับ SNMPv3:

• Authentication Algorithm — MD5 (Default)
• Authentication Password — ขั้นต่ำ 8 ตัวอักษร
• Encryption Algorithm — DES (Default)
• Encryption Password — ขั้นต่ำ 8 ตัวอักษร

ขั้นตอนที่ 3: ดาวน์โหลด MIB และตั้งค่า NMS

1. ที่หน้า SNMP คลิก Download MIB เพื่อดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ MIB ของ NGAF

2. Import ไฟล์ MIB เข้า NMS

3. กรอก IP ของ NGAF และ Community String ใน NMS เพื่อเริ่มดึงข้อมูล

SNMP Trap (ไม่บังคับ)

หากต้องการให้ NGAF ส่ง Alert ไปยัง NMS โดยอัตโนมัติ ให้ตั้งค่าที่แท็บ SNMP Trap:

• Trap Type — เลือกประเภท Alert เช่น Temperature Alert, CPU Alert, Link Failure Alert
• Dst IP — IP ของ Trap Receiver
• Port — Default 162
• Version — SNMPv1, v2 หรือ v3
• Community — Community String (สำหรับ v1/v2)

หมายเหตุ

• ต้องเปิด SNMP ทั้ง 2 จุด: บน Interface (Network > Interface) และ บน Service (System > SNMP)
• SNMP รองรับ v1/v2c และ v3 โดย v3 รองรับ Encryption เพิ่มความปลอดภัย
• ข้อมูลที่ Monitor ได้ผ่าน SNMP ได้แก่ Interface Status, Interface Traffic และ Routes
