บทนำ
บทความนี้อธิบายข้อกำหนดทั้งหมดที่จำเป็นสำหรับการ Deploy Remote App บนระบบ Sangfor VDI ครอบคลุมข้อกำหนดด้าน Version, Deployment Mode, Endpoint, Application Server และ Network เพื่อให้การวางแผนและติดตั้งเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
ข้อกำหนดด้าน Version
Remote App รองรับตั้งแต่ VDI Version 5.9.6 ขึ้นไป โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:
- VDI 5.9.6+ รองรับ Remote App Protocol V2.0 ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพและ Feature ที่ดีกว่า V1.0
- แนะนำให้ใช้ VDI Version ล่าสุดเพื่อรองรับ Feature ใหม่ ๆ และ Security Patch
- ตรวจสอบ Version ได้ที่หน้า VDC Console > System > About
Deployment Modes
Remote App รองรับการ Deploy ได้หลายรูปแบบ:
- Hardware VDC + Physical Windows Server: ใช้ VDC แบบ Hardware Appliance ร่วมกับ Windows Server ที่เป็นเครื่อง Physical โดยตรง
- Hardware VDC + Virtual Windows Server: ใช้ VDC แบบ Hardware Appliance ร่วมกับ Windows Server ที่รันเป็น VM บน VDC
- Software VDC + Physical Windows Server: ใช้ VDC แบบ Software (ติดตั้งบน Hypervisor อื่น) ร่วมกับ Windows Server แบบ Physical
- Software VDC + Virtual Windows Server: ใช้ VDC แบบ Software ร่วมกับ Windows Server ที่เป็น VM
ข้อกำหนด Endpoint (Client)
ฝั่ง User ที่จะเข้าใช้งาน Remote App ต้องมี:
- Sangfor aDesk Client: Thin Client ของ Sangfor ที่รองรับ Remote App
- Sangfor Workspace App: Software Client สำหรับ Windows/macOS/Linux ที่สามารถเข้าใช้งาน Remote App ผ่าน Web Portal ได้
- Web Browser: สามารถเข้าใช้งานผ่าน VDI Web Portal ด้วย Browser ที่รองรับ HTML5 ได้โดยไม่ต้องติดตั้ง Client เพิ่มเติม
- Network Connectivity ไปยัง VDC และ Remote App Server
ข้อกำหนด Application Server
Windows Server ที่จะใช้เป็น Application Server สำหรับ Remote App ต้องมีคุณสมบัติดังนี้:
ระบบปฏิบัติการที่รองรับ:
- Windows Server 2012 R2
- Windows Server 2016
- Windows Server 2019
- Windows Server 2022
ข้อกำหนดขั้นต่ำ (Minimum Specs):
- CPU: 4 vCPU ขึ้นไป (แนะนำ 8 vCPU สำหรับ Production)
- RAM: 8 GB ขึ้นไป (แนะนำ 16-32 GB ขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวน User และ Application)
- Disk: 100 GB ขึ้นไป (SSD แนะนำสำหรับประสิทธิภาพที่ดี)
- Network: NIC 1 Gbps ขึ้นไป
Software ที่ต้องติดตั้ง:
- Remote Desktop Session Host Role
- Remote Desktop Licensing (RD Licensing)
- Sangfor VDI Agent / Remote App Server Agent
- vmtools (กรณีเป็น VM บน VDC)
ข้อกำหนด Network
การ Deploy Remote App ต้องมีการเชื่อมต่อ Network ดังนี้:
- Client to VDC: TCP Port 443 (HTTPS) สำหรับ Web Portal Login
- Client to App Server: SRAP Protocol Port สำหรับการเชื่อมต่อ Remote App Session
- VDC to App Server: Management Network สำหรับควบคุมและจัดการ Application Server
- App Server to Internet: สำหรับ Windows Update, License Activation และดาวน์โหลด Language Pack (Optional)
- Bandwidth: แนะนำ 1 Mbps ต่อ User สำหรับ Office Application ทั่วไป, 2-5 Mbps สำหรับ Graphic-Intensive Application
หมายเหตุ
- ในกรณีที่ Deploy หลาย Application Server ให้ใช้ Windows Server Version เดียวกันทั้งหมด เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหา Compatibility
- แนะนำให้ทำ Capacity Planning ก่อน Deploy โดยคำนวณจำนวน User พร้อมกัน (Concurrent Users) และ Resource ที่แต่ละ Application ต้องการ
- สำหรับ High Availability แนะนำให้ Deploy Application Server อย่างน้อย 2 เครื่อง ใน Resource Pool เดียวกัน
