Ingress Client-Based Check policy list

 

 

Ingress Client-Based Check (Posture Check) เป็นฟีเจอร์ที่ตรวจสอบว่า Endpoint ตรงตามข้อกำหนดด้าน compliance หรือไม่ ก่อนอนุญาตให้เข้าถึง Internet โดยสามารถตรวจสอบหลายเงื่อนไข เช่น มีโปรแกรม antivirus ที่กำหนด, process ที่ทำงาน, การ login เข้า domain, ระบบปฏิบัติการ และการตั้งรหัสผ่าน OS หาก Endpoint ไม่ตรงตามข้อกำหนด ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถบังคับใช้การแจ้งเตือนหรือบล็อกการเข้าถึง Internet ได้

 

ข้อกำหนดเบื้องต้น (Prerequisites)

 

  • มีสิทธิ์ administrator ของ Sangfor Access Secure
  • Endpoint ติดตั้ง Access Client (Ingress Client)
  • เปิดใช้งาน Traffic Forwarding ที่ Access Client

 

ขั้นตอนการตั้งค่า

 

Add Process Check policy

 

 

Add Antivirus Software Check policy

 

 

  1. เข้าสู่ Sangfor Access Secure console
  2. ไปที่ Core Features > Secured Global Access > Policies > Ingress Client-Based Check
  3. Antivirus Software Check: คลิก Add > Antivirus Software Check กำหนด Software Name (เช่น Endpoint Secure Agent, 360 Safeguard, 360 Total Security, Rising Antivirus), Action, Notification, Schedule, Applicable Users แล้วคลิก OK
  4. Process Check: คลิก Add > Process Check กำหนด App Name, Status (Running), Action, Notification, Schedule, Applicable Users แล้วคลิก OK
  5. Login Domain Check: คลิก Add > Login Domain Check เลือก Check Item (Log in to Microsoft AD หรือ Log in to specified domain), Action, Notification, Schedule, Applicable Users แล้วคลิก OK
  6. OS Check: คลิก Add > OS Check เลือก OS Version (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11) และ Patch ที่ต้องการ, กำหนด Action, Notification, Schedule, Applicable Users แล้วคลิก OK
  7. OS Password Check: คลิก Add > OS Password Check เลือก Enable system login password, กำหนด Action, Notification, Schedule, Applicable Users แล้วคลิก OK

 

การตรวจสอบ (Verification)

 

ทดสอบโดยใช้ Endpoint ที่ไม่ตรงตามข้อกำหนด (เช่น ไม่มี antivirus หรือไม่ได้เข้า domain) ตรวจสอบว่าผู้ใช้ได้รับ Notification ที่กำหนด และการเข้าถึง Internet ถูกบล็อกตามที่ตั้งค่าไว้

 

หมายเหตุ (Notes)

 

  • Action Reject internet access requests and give alerts จะบล็อกการเข้าถึง Internet ของ Endpoint ที่ไม่ตรงตามข้อกำหนด
  • ข้อความ Notification ควรมีคำแนะนำให้ผู้ใช้สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ด้วยตนเอง เช่น การติดตั้ง antivirus หรือ login เข้า domain
  • สามารถ Preview ข้อความ Notification ก่อนบันทึกนโยบายได้
  • ลำดับ rank ของนโยบายมีผลต่อการบังคับใช้เมื่อมีหลายนโยบาย
