Client Settings General Configuration - การตั้งค่าทั่วไปของ Omnipoint Secure Client

บทนำ

หน้า Client Settings > General ใช้สำหรับกำหนดค่าทั่วไปของ Omnipoint Secure Client บน Endpoint เช่น Client Startup, Client Display, Asset Type, Endpoint Deletion, Logout และ Client Licensing

ข้อกำหนดเบื้องต้น (Prerequisites)

• มีสิทธิ์ Administrator
• Endpoint ติดตั้ง Omnipoint Secure Client เวอร์ชัน 5.0.0 ขึ้นไป (สำหรับฟีเจอร์ Asset Type)

ขั้นตอนการตั้งค่า (Configuration Steps)

1. เข้าสู่ Sangfor Access Secure console จาก Platform-X
2. ไปที่ Client Settings > General
3. Client Startup:
   • Auto Start: เปิดใช้งานเพื่อให้ client เริ่มทำงานอัตโนมัติเมื่อ PC เปิดเครื่อง
   • Minimize After Login: เปิดเพื่อให้หน้าต่าง client ย่อลงและทำงานพื้นหลังหลัง login สำเร็จ
4. Client Display: เปิด/ปิดการแสดง shortcut และ tray icon (ใช้ได้เฉพาะ client ที่มี SGA หรือ SGA+XDLP)
5. Asset Type: เปิดใช้ Tag asset type เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้ระบุประเภทอุปกรณ์ (Enterprise-owned-Long-term หรือ Personal-Temporary use) เมื่อ login ครั้งแรก พร้อมตั้ง Reminder และ Required option
6. Endpoint Deletion: เปิด Auto Deletion เพื่อลบ Endpoint ที่ออฟไลน์เกินจำนวนวันที่กำหนด (1-1000 วัน)
7. Logout:
   • Inactivity Logout: คลิก User Policies เพื่อตั้งนโยบาย logout อัตโนมัติเมื่อผู้ใช้ไม่มีการใช้งาน
   • Simultaneous Logout: เมื่อผู้ใช้ logout จาก aTrust/ZTG จะ logout จาก connection ทั้งหมด รวม XDLP และ SGA
8. Client Licensing: ตั้งค่า Reminder pop-up สำหรับ unlicensed clients บน macOS
9. คลิก Save เพื่อบันทึก

การตรวจสอบ (Verification)

ตรวจสอบพฤติกรรมของ client บน Endpoint เช่น การ auto start, การแสดง icon และการ logout อัตโนมัติตามที่ตั้งค่า

หมายเหตุ (Notes)

• ผู้ใช้สามารถเปลี่ยนการตั้งค่าจากหน้า Settings ของ Omnipoint Secure client โดยการตั้งค่าฝั่ง client จะมีผลเหนือ console
• ผู้ใช้ที่ disconnect จาก Sangfor Access Secure เกิน 180 วันจะถูก logout อัตโนมัติเพื่อความปลอดภัย
• Asset Type tagging ใช้ได้เฉพาะ Endpoint ที่ยังไม่ได้กำหนด asset type และ client เวอร์ชัน 5.0.0 ขึ้นไป
