Trusted Endpoint Settings - การตั้งค่าการเชื่อมโยงอุปกรณ์ที่เชื่อถือได้

บทนำ

Trusted Endpoint Settings ใช้สำหรับกำหนดเงื่อนไขการเชื่อมโยงผู้ใช้กับ Endpoint ที่เชื่อถือได้ เช่น จำนวน Endpoint สูงสุดต่อผู้ใช้ การอนุญาต Self-Service Association และวิธีการอนุมัติโดยผู้ดูแลระบบ

ข้อกำหนดเบื้องต้น (Prerequisites)

• มีสิทธิ์ Administrator
• Endpoint ติดตั้ง ZTG component (ฟีเจอร์ใช้ได้เฉพาะ client ที่มี ZTG)

ขั้นตอนการตั้งค่า (Configuration Steps)

1. เข้าสู่ Sangfor Access Secure console
2. ไปที่ Client Settings > Trusted Endpoint Settings
3. ตั้งค่า Associated Endpoints per User:
   • PC endpoints: 1 ถึง 100
   • Mobile endpoints: 1 ถึง 100
4. ตั้งค่า User-Endpoint Association: เลือกว่าจะอนุญาตให้ผู้ใช้เชื่อมโยงกับ Endpoint ได้เพียงเครื่องเดียวหรือไม่
5. ตั้งค่า Self-Service Association:
   • Condition: เลือก Meet Specified Conditions หรือ No Conditions
   • Meet Specified Conditions: กำหนดเงื่อนไข Asset Type contains/doesn't contain Enterprise-Owned Endpoint และ/หรือ BYOD Endpoint
   • Authentication Method: เลือก TOTP Token หรือ No Additional Authentication
6. ตั้งค่า Association Upon Admin Approval: เมื่อ self-service association ถูกปิดหรือไม่ตรงเงื่อนไข ผู้ใช้ต้องส่งคำขออนุมัติจากผู้ดูแลระบบ
7. กำหนด Prompt Message ที่จะแสดงให้ผู้ใช้เห็นเมื่อต้องส่งคำขอ Trusted Endpoint
8. คลิก Save เพื่อบันทึก

การตรวจสอบ (Verification)

ทดสอบการ login จาก Endpoint ใหม่ ระบบควรดำเนินการตามเงื่อนไขที่ตั้งไว้ เช่น self-service association หรือต้องส่งคำขออนุมัติ

หมายเหตุ (Notes)

• เมื่อเงื่อนไข self-service association ตรงตามที่กำหนด ผู้ใช้สามารถเชื่อมโยง Endpoint ได้เองโดยไม่ต้องรอผู้ดูแลอนุมัติ
• ฟีเจอร์ทั้งหมดในหน้านี้ใช้ได้เฉพาะ client ที่ติดตั้ง ZTG component
• ดูคำขอที่รออนุมัติได้ที่ Endpoints > Endpoint Assets > Trusted Endpoint Approval
