SASE Dashboard - Home และ User Status ภาพรวมระบบและสถานะผู้ใช้

บทนำ

SASE Dashboard ประกอบด้วยหน้า Home ซึ่งแสดงภาพรวมข้อมูลบริการพื้นฐาน เช่น service subscription, จำนวนสาขาและผู้ใช้ และหน้า User Status ซึ่งแสดงสถานะ online ของผู้ใช้ Endpoint แบบเรียลไทม์

ข้อกำหนดเบื้องต้น (Prerequisites)

• มีสิทธิ์เข้าถึง Sangfor Access Secure console ผ่าน Platform-X
• มีการ subscribe service และมี Endpoint หรือผู้ใช้ที่ลงทะเบียนแล้ว

การใช้งาน (Usage)

1. เข้าสู่ Sangfor Access Secure console
2. ไปที่ Dashboard > Home เพื่อดูภาพรวม:
   • Build CA: คำแนะนำในการ build CA
   • Configure authentication policies: ลิงก์ไปยังการตั้งค่า authentication
   • Deploy the Omnipoint Secure client: ดู Deployment Statistics
   • Branches & Users: จำนวน Total Branches, Online/Offline branches, Mobile Users และ Desktop Users
   • Endpoints: Total Endpoints, Endpoint OS distribution, Online Endpoints และ User Client Installation Rate
   • Subscriptions: License และ Remaining Service Duration
   • ZTG: User/Total Apps, Down/Total Connectors, Overload Testing Conn
   • Database Update: สถานะการอัปเดต App Signature Database และ URL Categories
3. ไปที่ Dashboard > User Status เพื่อดูสถานะออนไลน์ของผู้ใช้:
   • Desktop App Users, Mobile Client Users, Clientless Users, Online Branch Users
   • ตารางแสดง User, Logged-in Endpoints, Department, Allowed Login Endpoints, Last Login Location, Last Online และ Operation

การตรวจสอบ (Verification)

ตรวจสอบว่าตัวเลขใน Dashboard สอดคล้องกับสถานะจริงของผู้ใช้และ Endpoint และข้อมูลใน User Status สามารถค้นหาผู้ใช้เฉพาะรายได้

หมายเหตุ (Notes)

• Dashboard เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นสำหรับการตรวจสอบสุขภาพและการใช้งานของระบบ SASE
• ข้อมูล User Status อัปเดตแบบเรียลไทม์ตามสถานะ login/logout ของผู้ใช้
• หาก Access Client ของผู้ใช้ไม่ได้รับการอัปเดตเป็นเวลานาน สามารถดูสถานะการ upgrade ได้ในหน้านี้
