Endpoint Management Logs - Removable Storage และ Port Control

บทนำ

Endpoint Management Logs ใช้สำหรับดู log ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุม Endpoint ประกอบด้วย Removable Storage (ประวัติการเสียบ/ถอด USB และอุปกรณ์เก็บข้อมูล) และ Port Control (log การเชื่อมต่อพอร์ตเครือข่ายที่ถูกควบคุม)

ข้อกำหนดเบื้องต้น (Prerequisites)

• มีสิทธิ์ Administrator
• มีการตั้งค่า Peripheral Control หรือ Port Control policy แล้ว
• Endpoint รัน Windows OS และติดตั้ง Ingress Client

การใช้งาน (Usage)

1. เข้าสู่ Sangfor Access Secure console
2. ไปที่ Logs > Endpoint Management > Endpoint Control
3. เลือกแท็บ Removable Storage เพื่อดูประวัติการใช้งาน removable storage บน Endpoint
   • คอลัมน์: Time, Username, Display Name, Description, File Name, File Size, Action, Status
   • กิจกรรมที่บันทึก: insertion, removal, file operations
4. เลือกแท็บ Port Control เพื่อดู log การควบคุมพอร์ตเครือข่าย
   • คอลัมน์: Time, Username, Display Name, Department, MAC Address, Endpoint Type, Location, Protocol Type, Port, Remote IP, Action
5. ใช้ตัวกรองช่วงเวลา (เช่น Last 30 days) และ search filter เพื่อค้นหา log

การตรวจสอบ (Verification)

ทดสอบเสียบ USB หรือเชื่อมต่อพอร์ตที่อยู่ในนโยบายควบคุม แล้วตรวจสอบว่า log ปรากฏในแท็บที่เกี่ยวข้อง

หมายเหตุ (Notes)

• Log เหล่านี้ใช้เพื่อการ audit และตรวจสอบการละเมิดนโยบายความปลอดภัยขององค์กร
• หากไม่มี log ปรากฏ ให้ตรวจสอบว่า Endpoint ออนไลน์และอยู่ใน Applicable Scope ของนโยบาย
• Endpoint Management Logs ใช้ได้เฉพาะ Endpoint ที่รัน Windows OS
