Force Enable Realtime Protection บน Agent

Background

-หลังจากที่ Confirm ว่า เครื่อง Endpoint ที่ลง ES Agent นั้นไม่มี Antivirus ยี่ห้ออื่นแล้ว แต่ตัว Feature Realtime File Protection ยังไม่ทำงาน

-สาเหตุเนื่องจากติดตั้ง Agent ระหว่างที่ Endpoint ยังมี Antivirus อื่น หรือ Registry คงค้าง

(หากไม่พบ Menu Realtime Protection Status ให้กดที่ "..." เพื่อเพิ่มเมนู)

การแก้ไข

- Confirm ว่าไม่มี Antivirus ตัวอื่นแล้ว

- เลือก Agent ที่ต้องการ Force > กด More > กด Enable Realtime Monitoring

- กด OK
