Upgrade EPP Manger เป็น Firmware 6.0.4R4

ขั้นตอนการ Upgrade Version หลัก

1. ตรวจสอบ Version ปัจจุบันว่าสามารถ Upgrade ได้หรือไม่ และ Download File Precheck และ Upgrade File ที่ (https://support.sangfor.com/productSoftware/list?product_id=23)
   
   
2. วิธีการเช็ค Version ปัจจุบัน
   

3. ทำการนำไฟล์ Precheck จากข้อ 1 upload เข้าไปที่ System > Manager and Agent > Import Update Package
   
    

   

   

   4. ทำการนำไฟล์ Upgrade Package จากข้อ 1 upload เข้าไปที่ System > Manager and Agent > Import Update Package
   
    

   

ขั้นตอนการติดตั้ง SP Patch บน EPP Manager

1. ตรวจสอบว่า EPP Manager ปัจจุบันนั้นมีการติดตั้ง SP / Custom Patch อะไรอยู่บ้าง ที่หน้า System > Manager and Agent > Details

   

2. สามารถ Download Patch Package ได้ที่ (https://support.sangfor.com/productSoftware/list?product_id=23&category_id=17)
   
   ตัว SP Patch ใหม่นั้นจะรวมความสามารถของ Patch ตัวเก่าทั้งหมดไว้อยู่แล้ว สามารถ Download แค่ตัวใหม่ล่าสุดได้เลย
    
3. โดยดูตัว Patch ที่ Upload Time ใหม่ล่าสุด และตรวจสอบว่าตัว Patch สามารถติดตั้งกับ Version ของ EPP Manager ที่ใช้งานอยู่หรือไม่ (เลข 4 หลักท้าย Version บน EPP Manager นั้นต้องอยู่ใน Range ของ Build ใน Description)
   
   Ex. ตัวเลข Version ดังรูปข้างล่างนั้นเป็น 1276 ซึ่งไม่อยู่ใน Range ของ 3341-3501 แปลว่าไม่สามารถ Upgrade ได้
   
   

4. หากตรวจสอบเรียบร้อยแล้วสามารถนำไฟล์ Patch ที่ Download มาจากข้อ 2 ไป upload เข้าไปที่ System > Manager and Agent > Import Update Package
   
   

5. หากทำการ Upgrade เรียบร้อยแล้วจะเห็นชื่อ Patch อยู่ในแถวล่างสุด
