Athena EPP ไม่พบเหตุการณ์ Security Event

หากมีความกังวล ว่าตัว EPP Agent นั้นไม่ทำงานเนื่องจาก ไม่พบเหตุการณ์ Security Event เป็นเวลานาน หรือต้องการทดสอบการทำงานของ EPP Agent สามารถทำได้ดังนี้

1. ตั้งค่า Best Practice ตาม Guide: Best Practice สำหรับการตั้งค่า Endpoint Secure Manager
2. ไปยัง System > General > Product Feature > Expand > Enable "Advanced Threat Detection and Response"
   
3. ไปยัง https://www.eicar.org/download-anti-malware-testfile/ และ Download "eicar.com.zip"
   
4. ตัว Agent ควรจะทำการ Quarantine File หลังจาก File Download เสร็จสมบูรณ์ (หากไม่ขึ้นรบกวนลองเช็ค Real-Time Protection Policy ว่าตรงตาม Best Practice หรือไม่)
    

หากต้องการทดสอบ Advanced Threat เพิ่มเติม

1.  Download และทำการแตกไฟล์
   
2. Run Botnet_Testing.bat (ไม่ต้องใช้ Run as Administrator)
3. Monitor ตรวจสอบดูที่หน้า Advanced Threat ว่ามี Event เกี่ยวกับ Botnet ขึ้นมาหรือไม่
