Minimum Spec for Agent

Recommended Spec:
CPU: 6 cores
RAM: 8 GB
Disk available space: 5 GB

Minimum Spec:
CPU: 4 cores
RAM: 4 GB
Disk available space: 5 GB
(หมายเหตุ: หากใช้ Minimum Spec จะไม่สามารถใช้งาน Gene Analytic Engine ได้ ต้องติดตั้งเพิ่มเติมภายหลัง)

การติดตั้ง ES Agent

Windows

1. เข้าไปที่หน้า ES Manager แล้ว Login

2. ไปที่ System > Agent Deployment > Agent Download > เลือก OS > กด Download จะได้ไฟล์ติดตั้งมา ห้ามเปลี่ยนชื่อไฟล์

2.1 สำหรับ ES 3.5.5 หรือต่ำกว่า กดที่คำว่า Windows เพื่อ Download EDR Agent

3. ทำการตรวจสอบว่าเครื่องที่จะลงสามารถเรียก Port ที่ใช้งานของ Manager ได้หรือไม่
Port ที่ใช้งานระหว่าง Client และ ES Manager

4. ลงโปรแกรมตามขั้นตอน UI

5. เครื่อง Endpoint ที่ลง Agent จะมาปรากฎที่ EDR Manager

หมายเหตุสำหรับเครื่องที่มี Antivirus ตัวอื่นติดตั้งอยู่: หากต้องการให้ ES Agent ถอนการติดตั้ง Antivirus ตัวเดิมก่อนลง Agent ให้ใช้ไฟล์ติดตั้งที่มี suffix _RTS (Remove Third-party Security) เช่น AthenaEPP_installer_[IP]_4430_RTS.exe

Linux

เข้า console ของ Linux
download file Agent ด้วยคำสั่ง

wget --no-check-certificate https://manager_ip/html/linux_edr_installer.tar.gz

3. แตกไฟล์

tar -xzvf linux_edr_installer.tar.gz

3. ลง Agent

sudo ./agent_installer.sh

MacOS

1. ไปที่หน้า ES Manager

2. ไปที่ System > Agent Deployment > กด ที่ MacOS เพื่อ Download Installer (.pkg)
*ห้ามเปลี่ยนชื่อไฟล์ติดตั้ง*

3. กดติดตั้งโดยใช้ไฟล์ที่โหลดมาเพื่อติดตั้ง ES Agent บน MacOS

4. ทำตามขั้นตอนที่ระบบระบุ และรอจนกว่าการติดตั้งจะเสร็จ
