Incremental Installation - การอัปเดต Client แบบ Incremental

บทนำ

 

Incremental Installation Scenario ใช้สำหรับองค์กรที่มีการติดตั้ง Sangfor Product อยู่แล้วบน Endpoint (เช่น aTrust Client, Endpoint Secure Agent, Secured Global Access หรือ Omnipoint Secure Client) และต้องการเพิ่ม Client Component ของ Omnipoint Secure (ZTG, SGA, XDLP) วิธีนี้ช่วยให้ไม่ต้องติดตั้งใหม่ทั้งหมดและรักษา Configuration ของ Product เดิมไว้

 

ข้อกำหนดเบื้องต้น

 

  • มี Sangfor Product อย่างน้อย 1 ตัวติดตั้งอยู่บน Endpoint แล้ว (aTrust Client / Endpoint Secure Agent / IAG Client / Omnipoint Secure Client)
  • Sangfor Access Secure License ที่รองรับ Component ที่จะเพิ่ม
  • Endpoint Version ของ Sangfor Product เดิมต้องตรงตามเงื่อนไข — ตรวจสอบใน Console

 

 

 

ขั้นตอนการตั้งค่า

 

  1. Login เข้า Sangfor Access Secure Console และไปที่ Platform Management > Endpoints > Client Deployment > Deployment Guide
  2. ภายใต้ Select Deployment Scenario เลือก Incremental Installation
  3. ในขั้นตอน Select Installed Sangfor Products เลือก Product ที่ติดตั้งอยู่แล้วบน Endpoint:
    • Omnipoint Secure Client (ZTG/SGA/XDLP) — สำหรับ Endpoint ที่มี Omnipoint Secure อยู่แล้ว
    • aTrust Client
    • Endpoint Secure Agent
    • IAG Client
  4. ในขั้นตอน Select Deployment Method เลือกวิธี Deploy ที่เหมาะสม โดยจะแตกต่างตาม Product ที่เลือก:
    • สำหรับ Omnipoint Secure Client: เลือก Deployment via Sangfor Access Secure Policies (Component จะถูกติดตั้งอัตโนมัติเมื่อ User Login เข้า Omnipoint Secure Client) หรือ Deployment via Endpoints (เลือก Endpoint ที่ต้องการติดตั้ง Component)
    • สำหรับ aTrust Client: เปิดใช้งาน Client Integration กับ aTrust Manager เพื่อให้ Push Installation Package ไปยัง Endpoint โดยอัตโนมัติ (รองรับ aTrust Client 2.4.10 SP4 ขึ้นไป)
    • สำหรับ Endpoint Secure Agent: เปิดใช้งาน Deployment via Endpoint Secure ใน Endpoint Secure Manager (รองรับ Endpoint Secure 6.0.2 R3 / 6.0.3 EN R2 ขึ้นไป)
    • สำหรับ IAG Client: ZTG Component สามารถ Deploy ได้ผ่าน IAG รองรับเฉพาะ Windows IAG version 14.0.43 ขึ้นไป
  5. คลิก Settings เพื่อกำหนด Applicable Scope (User หรือ Endpoint) ของแต่ละ Deployment Method และ Save
  6. เมื่อ User Login เข้า Sangfor Product เดิมในครั้งถัดไป Component ใหม่จะถูก Install โดยอัตโนมัติ

การตรวจสอบ

 

ตรวจสอบสถานะการติดตั้ง Component ได้ที่ Platform Management > Endpoints > Devices > Endpoints ค้นหา Endpoint ที่ต้องการ และดู Status ใน Column Client Component Status หาก Component ถูกติดตั้งแล้วจะแสดง Status เป็น Installed นอกจากนี้สามารถดู Deployment Statistics ได้ที่ Client Deployment > Deployment Statistics

 

 

 

หมายเหตุ

 

  • ZTG Component สามารถเปิดใช้งานได้เฉพาะ Endpoint ที่ใช้ Windows เท่านั้น
  • Scenario นี้รองรับเฉพาะ Omnipoint Secure Client เวอร์ชัน 5.0.0 ขึ้นไป
  • การ Integrate Endpoint Secure Agent รองรับเฉพาะ Endpoint บน Windows
  • Component จะถูก Install อัตโนมัติเมื่อ User Login ครั้งถัดไป — อาจใช้เวลาในการ Update บน Endpoint จำนวนมาก ควร Monitor ผ่าน Deployment Statistics
